Four plates, four flavors. Nobody has to share.
Each plate was slab-built by hand and glazed in two layers: a base coat first, then a second glaze brushed over the top. The brushstrokes stay visible, sweeping and overlapping, thick in some places and sheer in others, so the color underneath shows through like a scoop that’s started to melt.
Coral, turquoise, lemon, and lilac. Each plate commits to its own color and borrows a little from the others.
They don’t match. They were never supposed to. They look like they came from the same party.
Sized for cake, a cheese course, or the last cookie nobody admits to wanting.
