Hot pink up front, black mesh in back, and a black bill to keep the sun out of your eyes. The VR monogram is printed in black with the letters cut out, so the pink shows through. If you look closely, the badge around the letters is a pot. Around here, everything turns into a pot eventually.
This is my fair-day hat, worn through long Saturdays in the sun under an open tent. The mesh lets your head breathe, the foam front holds its shape, and the pink is easy to spot across a crowded field. Good for studio days and garden days, too, and for any day your hair isn’t cooperating.
My brother designed the monogram, and I press it into the bottom of everything I make. Up here, it’s a lot easier to see.
